Geosynthetic Clay Liners (GCLs) are high-performance needle-punched environmental reinforced composites. They are designed to provide a reliable hydraulic barrier for various applications.
Our GCLs consist of two durable geotextile outer layers and a uniform core of natural sodium bentonite clay. The geotextile layers are either woven or non-woven, depending on the specific requirements of the project.
During the manufacturing process, fibers from the non-woven geotextile are needle-punched through the layer of bentonite and incorporated into the other geotextile. This ensures a strong bond and enhances the overall performance of the GCL.
