The grass grid is made of polymer polyethylene as the main raw material, reinforced glass fiber and anti-aging agent are added. The material adopts high pressure injection molding process to press the honeycomb shaped continuous shell, which has three-dimensional space and a certain supporting height and strength.
Grass Grid(paver) is a structure which provides incredible load bearing strength while protecting vegetation root systems from deadly compaction. High void spaces within the entire cross-section enable excellent root development, and storage capacity for rainfall from storm events

Installation Instructions
1. The foundation soil should be compacted in layers with a density of more than 85%.
2. Lay a 350-thick gravel bearing layer (600-thick fire driveway) and roll to compaction.
3. Lay 20 thick gravel and coarse sand as screed layer.
4. The paving grass grid can be cut to the right shape with a saw, leaving a few millimeters of slit width between the grids.
5. Sprinkle with planting soil, 1cm from top.
6. Sod or seed. The sod should be compacted when laying it. Water maintenance can be stopped after the grass is alive.
