Our Geotechnical Mesh Mat Slope Protection Technology combines the advantages of geotechnical mesh and vegetation slope protection to effectively solve the protection problems of rock slope and high and steep slope.

Our Geotechnical Mesh Mat Slope Protection Technology combines the advantages of geotechnical mesh and plant slope protection, creating a composite slope protection solution. With a vegetation coverage rate of over 30%, our technology can withstand light rain erosion. When the coverage rate exceeds 80%, it can even withstand heavy rain erosion. The runoff flow rate that our technology can resist reaches 6m/s, more than twice that of regular turf, when the plants grow lush.

The presence of geotechnical mesh has a positive effect on reducing water evaporation from slope soil and increasing infiltration. Additionally, the black polyethylene material of the geomesh has heat absorption and heat preservation properties, promoting seed germination and facilitating plant growth.

1. When there is a conflict between the construction period and the vegetation cultivation period, our "reinforced turf" provides rapid protection for the project. By using three-dimensional vegetation nets, the turf is pre-planted in the lawn planting field or nearby open space. It can then be rolled up and laid on the slope to be protected, ensuring comprehensive coverage of anti-erosion vegetation after completion.


2. In arid areas where control is challenging, soil coagulants can be used in combination with specially treated grass seeds. The grass seeds are mixed with soil coagulants and sprayed (or sown first, followed by soil coagulant application). The coagulant treatment prevents the loss of grass seeds and soil due to wind and rain. It also reduces water evaporation, ensuring sufficient water supply for grass seed germination and significantly improving the survival rate of the grass seeds.

Our slope treatment process involves cleaning up the slope, filling any potholes, and compacting the surface to ensure a flat and smooth finish. This prepares the slope for the installation of our 3D geomat pavement.

1. Unroll the 3D geomat along the slope from top to bottom, ensuring a perfect fit.


2. Bury an additional 40-80 cm of geomat on the top of the slope, compacting it into the soil.


3. Secure the 3D geomat using fastening nails or U staples.


4. Spread soil evenly on the 3D geomat, with a minimum thickness of 12 mm. Mix a proportionate amount of fertilizer, auxin, and cement, and sprinkle it on the surface.

After the soil backfill is completed, our hydraulic spray seeding process promotes vegetation growth on the slope. We mix and stir grass seeds, adhesive, fertilizer, auxin, moisture agent, and water in the right proportions. The mixture is then evenly sprayed on the slope using a hydraulic spray machine.
