Non-woven exhibition carpet (also known as needle-punched carpet, exhibition carpet) is a temporary floor material made of polypropylene (PP) or polyester (PET) fiber through a needle-punched process. It is widely used in short-term scenes such as exhibitions, celebrations, and stages.
1. Lightweight and efficient .The weight of a single roll is only 15~30kg (conventional 1m×50m), and it can be carried and laid manually at a speed of up to 200/hour.
2. Environmentally friendly and recyclable. The raw material is 100% polypropylene (degradable), non-toxic when incinerated, and the recycling rate is >85% (much higher than the 30% of PVC carpet).
3. Low cost .The unit price is only 3~8 yuan/ (about 1/10 of wool carpet and 1/3 of PVC carpet), suitable for short-term rental scenarios.
4. Anti-slip and wear-resistant .The back is treated with latex dot coating (coverage rate 30%~50%), the friction coefficient is ≥0.45 (dry state), and the anti-slip grade is R9.
5. Color customization. Supports Pantone color card customization, color fastness ≥ level 4 (fading <10% after 200 hours of sun exposure).
