The anti-erosion effect of vegetation is realized through its three main components:

First, the growth layer of plants (including perianth, leaf sheath, leaf and stem) prevents the surface soil of slope from being directly eroded by rain through its own dense coverage, and reduces the erosion capacity and surface runoff speed of storm runoff, thereby reducing soil loss;

Rapid Protection Measures
(1) When construction timelines conflict with vegetation cultivation periods, or when projects conclude just as the rainy season begins, 'reinforced turf' offers swift protection. This method uses three-dimensional vegetation nets to pre-plant turf either at a nearby lawn field or open space. Once grown, the turf can be rolled up in whole or in sections and laid down on the slope to provide immediate erosion-resistant coverage.

(2) In arid regions that are hard to manage, soil coagulants and carefully selected grass seeds come to the rescue. The seeds, after special treatment, are mixed with soil coagulants for spraying (alternatively, seeds can be sown before applying the coagulant). This treatment ensures that neither seeds nor soil are lost to wind and rain. Additionally, the coagulant minimizes water evaporation, securing ample moisture for the seeds and dramatically enhancing their survival rate.

Application Scenario

Our Efficient Geomat is a superior alternative to traditional materials such as concrete, asphalt, and stone. It is primarily utilized for comprehensive slope protection projects including roads, railways, channels, and dams.

1. Slope Treatment Begin by meticulously cleaning the slope of any gravels and debris. Fill any pot holes, compact the area, and ensure the surface is uniformly flat and smooth for optimal preparation.

2. 3D Geomat Pavement
1) Unroll the 3D geomat seamlessly along the slope from top to bottom, ensuring it conforms perfectly to the surface.

2) Extend an extra 40-80 cm of geomat at the top of the slope, bury it securely in the soil, and compact it for added stability.

3) Firmly secure the 3D geomat using fastening nails or U staples to guarantee it remains in place.

4) Once the 3D geomat is laid, evenly spread the soil on top to a minimum thickness of 12 mm. Mix fertilizer, auxin, and cement in the correct proportions and sprinkle evenly over the surface.

3. Spray-Seeding
Upon completing the soil backfill, proceed with hydraulic spray seeding. Thoroughly mix and stir the grass seeds with adhesive, fertilizer, auxin, moisture agent, and water. Use a hydraulic spray machine to evenly distribute this nutrient-rich mixture across the slope.
