When the plants grow lush, it can resist erosion from runoff flow rates of up to 6m/s, which is more than twice that of regular turf. The presence of the geotechnical mesh also reduces water evaporation from the slope soil and increases infiltration. Additionally, the black polyethylene material of the geomesh has heat absorption and preservation properties, promoting seed germination and facilitating plant growth.

Rapid Protection Measure

1. When there is a conflict between the construction period and the vegetation cultivation period, and the project is completed just before the rainy season, "reinforced turf" can be used for rapid protection. About the Product

Introducing our innovative slope protection solution, an alternative to concrete, asphalt, stone, and other traditional materials. This product is specifically designed for road, railway, channel, dam, and other slope protection projects.

Slope Treatment

1. Clean up the gravels and debris on the slope.


2. Fill the pot holes and compact the surface.


3. Flatten the surface to ensure it is flat and smooth.

3D Geomat Pavement

1. Unroll the 3D geomat along the slope from top to bottom, ensuring a perfect fit.


2. Bury an additional 40-80 cm of geomat on the top of the slope, compacting it into the soil.


3. Secure the 3D geomat with fastening nails or U staples.


4. Spread soil evenly on the 3D geomat, with a minimum thickness of 12 mm.


5. Mix fertilizer, auxin, and cement in a certain proportion and sprinkle it on the surface.

Spray-Seeding

After completing the soil backfill, perform hydraulic spray seeding using our specialized equipment. Mix and stir the grass seeds, adhesive, fertilizer, auxin, moisture agent, and water to promote growth. Then, evenly spray the mixture on the slope using the hydraulic spray machine.
