During transportation, ensure the geomembrane is not dragged or pulled excessively. Take care to avoid any contact with sharp objects that could cause punctures.
1. Install the liner from the bottom to the top. Avoid pulling it too tightly; allow for at least 1.50% slack to accommodate local subsidence. Given the project's actual conditions, the slope should be laid from the top downward.
2. The longitudinal joint between two sections should not align horizontally; instead, stagger them by more than 1 meter for improved stability.
3. Vertical joints should initiate from the base of the dam. For curved sections, the joints should begin at least 1.50 meters above and lie flat against the plane.
4. Begin with the bottom of the back slope for initial placement.
5. When laying the slope, ensure the direction of the liner aligns parallel to the primary slope line for optimal coverage and stability.
