Geosynthetic Clay Liners, proudly crafted by Shandong Tianren New Materials Co., Ltd., are high-performance, needle-punched environmental reinforced composites. These top-tier liners are engineered to deliver a reliable hydraulic barrier across diverse applications.

Boasting two robust geotextile outer layers and a uniform core of natural sodium bentonite clay, these liners excel in performance and longevity. The non-woven geotextile fibers are intricately needle-punched through the bentonite layer and integrated into the other geotextile, be it woven or non-woven.

Upon hydration under a confining load, the bentonite within the liners expands to form a low permeability clay layer. This layer provides hydraulic protection comparable to multiple feet of compacted clay, ensuring effective containment and preventing liquid or gas migration.
