Product Description:
The diameter of coconut fiber is 0.3 to 0.8 mm and the length is 10 to 20 cm. Through hot pressing and needle punching processes, a three-dimensional mesh structure (rectangular, circular or elliptical) is formed. The mesh gaps can attach seeds and soil particles. Some products are reinforced with PP or PE grids to enhance the overall tensile strength, ensuring resistance to wind and rain erosion when used on steep slopes.
Coconut mats are suitable for scenarios such as slope greening and saline-alkali land improvement. During construction, they achieve rapid vegetation coverage through overlapping fixation and soil covering and sowing. This significantly improves the survival rate of herbaceous plants and soil moisture conditions.

Functional features:
1. Soil and water conservation: The mesh structure effectively slows down the water flow rate, allowing soil particles to settle in the mesh, which can effectively lock the moisture in the soil and reduce the frequency of irrigation. 6. Ecological restoration: Coconut silk blankets help stabilize sand dunes, prevent sea breeze erosion, and protect fragile coastline ecology in beach restoration projects
1. Remove gravel and level the slope to a slope of ≤1:1.
2. Laying and fixing: Lay coconut mats along the top of the slope, overlap adjacent mats by 8~10cm, insert and fix with U-shaped metal parts or iron wire, and the spacing is ≤1.5m
3. Soil covering and sowing: After covering 5~6cm of planting soil, sow grass seeds at a density of 15~25g/m2, and spray mixed matrix when necessary.
4. Maintenance and management: Continuously spray water to keep moisture until the vegetation coverage rate reaches the standard.
Application scenario:
Highway slope: Reinforced coconut fiber mat is suitable for projects with a slope of >45°, and the tensile strength is ≥40KN/M4.
Riverbank slope protection: Grass seed prefabricated coconut mat can germinate within 7 days and quickly form a root soil fixing network. Mine restoration: Cooperate with grass grid paving method (T4, T5 configuration) to control desertification areas, and the water retention rate is significantly improved.
