During the transportation of the geomembrane, ensure it is not dragged or pulled forcefully to prevent damage from sharp objects.
1. Start laying from the bottom to the top. Avoid pulling too tightly; allow for over 1.50% slack to accommodate local subsidence. Based on the project’s actual conditions, lay the slope from the top downwards.
2. Ensure the longitudinal joints between two sheets are not aligned horizontally. Instead, stagger them by more than 1 meter.
3. Vertical joints should begin from the dam base. For curved sections, they should be positioned 1.50 meters above the dam foot, ensuring they lay flat on the plane.
4. Begin laying from the bottom of the back slope first.
5. When laying the slope, ensure the film is aligned parallel to the direction of the maximum gradient.
