Cement blanket
Concrete Cloth is a flexible composite material impregnated with cement mixture. When it comes into contact with water, it undergoes a hydration reaction and hardens into a durable concrete layer. Its core structure consists of non-woven fabric + concrete + woven fabric, which combines the flexibility of textiles with the strength of concrete.
Main features include:
A. Lightweight and efficient: In roll form (6kg/8kg/12kg/m²), it is easy to transport and lay without the need for large equipment
B. Fast solidification: It can be shaped within 2 hours after watering, and its 24-hour strength reaches 80% of traditional concrete
C. Durable and environmentally friendly: Waterproof, fireproof, chemically resistant, with a service life of 10-20 years; the material consumption is 95% less than that of traditional concrete, and the production energy consumption is only 1/20 of conventional building materials

Construction points
1. Foundation treatment:
Level the ground and remove sharp objects
2. Laying and fixing:
a. Overlap along the direction of water flow (≥10cm)
b. U-shaped nail anchoring (1m interval, double-row reinforcement required on the top of the slope)
3. Activation and maintenance:
Water evenly until penetration, solidify for 24-48 hours (extended in low temperature environment)
