With a vegetation coverage rate of over 30%, it can withstand light rain erosion, and with a coverage rate of over 80%, it can withstand heavy rain erosion. When the plants grow lush, it can resist runoff flow rates of up to 6m/s, more than twice that of regular turf.

The presence of the geotechnical mesh has a positive effect on reducing water evaporation from the slope soil and increasing infiltration. Additionally, the black polyethylene material of the geomesh has heat absorption and preservation properties, promoting seed germination and facilitating plant growth.

Rapid Protection Measure

1. When there is a conflict between the construction period and the vegetation cultivation period, and the project is completed just before the rainy season, "reinforced turf" can be used for rapid protection. Product Overview

Slope Treatment

To ensure a flat and smooth slope surface, the system includes a comprehensive slope treatment process. This involves cleaning up gravels and debris, filling potholes, and compacting and flattening the surface.

3D Geomat Pavement

The system incorporates a 3D geomat pavement, which is unrolled along the slope from top to bottom. It perfectly fits the slope and provides excellent stability. An additional 40-80 cm geomat is required on the top of the slope, which should be buried in soil and compacted. The 3D geomat is secured with fastening nails or U staples. Once the pavement is complete, soil is spread evenly on top, with a minimum thickness of 12 mm. A mixture of fertilizer, auxin, and cement is then sprinkled on the surface for optimal growth.

Spray-Seeding

After the soil backfill is completed, hydraulic spray seeding is performed using a mixture of grass seeds, adhesive, fertilizer, auxin, moisture agent, and water. This mixture is evenly sprayed on the slope using a hydraulic spray machine, promoting the growth of vegetation and enhancing the slope's stability.
